I'm Molly, a wife, and mother of four young children. I'm thrilled to share with you how a little planning and preparation can make your life not only easier but also healthier. A few years ago, I attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu, where I picked up some fantastic French techniques that I'm excited to share with you. These techniques will help you achieve the best flavor possible in your dishes.
My menus are thoughtfully designed to minimize food waste by utilizing ingredients efficiently throughout the week. While it's not always 100% waste-free, it's a goal I'm committed to achieving.
I'll be sharing recipe collections, each with its own theme or focus. These collections will contain four weeks' worth of recipes and corresponding shopping lists. I'll be continuously creating new collections and recipe lists because I love experimenting with new dishes and drawing inspiration from chefs and restaurants that I admire. I'm also eager to hear what you'd like to see from me.
